Volunteers Needed for Warrior Dash
July 6th, 2010 by WCVA
Warrior Dash Northwest is coming to North Plains, Oregon, Saturday, September 11 and Sunday, September 12, 2010! The 3.15-mile course will be at Horning’s Hideout in North Plains. Warrior Dash is the ultimate event for thrill-seeking athletes. This running series is held on some of the nation’s most demanding and unique terrain. Participants will conquer extreme obstacles–such as leaping over fire and crawling through mud–and celebrate their feat with music, beer, warrior helmets and muddy shorts. Volunteers help make this happen.
Warrior Dash Northwest is looking for groups to volunteer in exchange for a donation of $1,000 (groups are 25 or more individuals). If your group volunteers for two shifts, Red Frog Events will donate a total of $2,250 to your (nonprofit) group, or the ultimate, volunteering for four shifts to earn $4,500.
Want to volunteer by yourself? No problem, Red Frog Events also is looking for individuals to volunteer.
If you are interested in volunteering, e-mail Caitlin at:
volunteer(at)redfrogevents.com, and please mention the Washington County Visitors Association (WCVA).
If you have any questions, contact the WCVA at 503-644-5555 or
