New Video Series Offers Opportunities to Stakeholders
April 6th, 2010 by WCVA
The WCVA recently announced its newest video project, “Create Your Adventure,” which was produced in partnership with Beaverton-based media and technology company GoSeeTell Network.
This innovative series of videos allows visitors to discover what Washington County has to offer based on their own interests and choices. The interactive video project is the first of its kind for the marketing of a destination.
However, the truly exciting element to this campaign is that the discovery and interaction doesn’t stop with the videos. Consumers will be able to book lodging packages aligned with the theme of the videos directly from the WCVA’s website, where travelers can create their own Washington County adventures.
And this is where you come in! If you would be interested in partnering with another stakeholder to offer your products or services as a travel package, which visitors to our website will be able to book online, let us know. More details will be forthcoming, but the initial step is simply to gather a list of players who are open to partnering, so we can begin to facilitate package match-making.
We’re looking for lodging properties, attractions, outdoor activities, cultural and arts groups, restaurants, and tour and transportation companies to collaborate, so we can offer the best packages to travelers. Or, if you are interested in offering a product or coupon that could be part of an in-room welcome or departure gift, tell us that, too.
The videos will be on the WCVA main website soon; however, you can get the full sneak preview now on YouTube.
